What to expect on the day

On the agreed date, we carry out the clearance exactly as outlined in your quote. You do not need to be there in person. Many clients use a key safe, arrange key collection from a trusted neighbour, or provide access in advance. If you would prefer to be there, you are very welcome.

Once everything is removed, we leave the property clean and tidy. Before and after photographs can be provided for reassurance.

I need my property cleared, how can you help?
We offer full property clearances, this means we’ll remove all items including carpets, blinds and curtains if required.
I just have a few items for removal, can you do this?
Sorry, this isn’t the type of work we carry out. We only carry our clearances that have contents through the home.
Do house clearances take everything from the property?
Yes, we will remove all items from your property. If you also require garages and sheds clearing please let us know when you enquire.
Will you recycle my items?
Yes, we dispose of all waste at a recycling centre where zero percent goes to landfill. We have an upper tier waste carriers licence which allows us to do this.
How long does it take to clear a property?
With every house comes different challenges, from volume of contents to the distance of the vehicles to the property to load. A clearance can take as little as half a day or up to 3 or 4 days.
How will you remove items from my property?
We use vans which are filled and removed from the property quickly and efficiently.
How much should I expect to pay for a clearance?
As all clearances are different we will take into consideration the disposal costs of all waste and unusable items and then take into account anything that has a value which we will calculate and provide you with a free fixed quote.
Do you provide quotes over the phone?
We prefer to visit our customers to take a look around the property to get a clear idea of what needs clearing at a time that is convenient for you. When we visit the property will verbally give you a free estimate, and will follow up on the same day with email confirmation.
Do I need to present you’re clearing the property?
No, we will often meet the customer at the start of the job to retrieve the keys and then meet you at the end to hand back the keys and have a walk around the home to show everything that has been cleared.
